Returns & Refunds Policy

At Cadman Brushes, we take pride in the quality of our handmade products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and how to return items.
1. Returns
- You may return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- To start a return, please contact us at your email address with your order number.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
3. Exclusions
- Custom made or bespoke products (e.g. personalised shaving brushes) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Used items (such as brushes that have been Used) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
4. Exchanges
- I can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange, contact us at mervyn@cadmanbrushes.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
5. Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
